This product has a 1-year appliance warranty.
In locations with an unstable power supply, a voltage regulator is highly recommended. Products damaged by power surges or brownouts will not be covered by warranty.

Return and Refund Policy
Please inspect your goods immediately upon delivery. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please return it to our delivery staff immediately.
For post-delivery returns, please ensure that all products, components, accessories, and packaging are intact in the original carton box.
No cash refunds after payment. A credit note voucher will be issued instead.
Installed or tampered items cannot be refunded.
