The radiant zone is made of 4mm ceramic glass and is not covered by the unconditional lifetime factory tempered glass warranty.
In locations with unstable power supply, a voltage regulator is highly recommended. Products damaged by power surges or brownouts will not be covered by warranty.
Install Newmatic kitchen appliances only after construction. Damage from construction debris/dust will not be covered under warranty. Please check our Warranty & Return Policy for more details.
