  • In locations with an unstable power supply, a voltage regulator is highly recommended. Products damaged by power surges or brownouts will not be covered by warranty.

  • Please inspect your goods immediately upon delivery. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please return it to our delivery staff immediately. 
  • For post-delivery returns, please ensure that all products, components, accessories, and packaging are intact and in the original carton.
  • No cash refunds after payment. A credit note voucher will be issued instead. 
  • Items installed or tampered with cannot be refunded.
