Induction hobs only work with cooking vessels made of ferrous materials (e.g., consisting of iron). Fully aluminium, copper, glass, or clay vessels will not function with an induction hob. Check out our post on hobs for more details.

  • The warranty is void if the product is not installed by Newmatic. 
  • This product has a 1-year appliance warranty. 
  • In locations with an unstable power supply, a voltage regulator is highly recommended. Products damaged by power surges or brownouts will not be covered by warranty.
  • Install Newmatic kitchen appliances only after construction. Damage from construction debris/dust will not be covered under warranty. Please check our Warranty & Return Policy for more details.

Return and Refund Policy

  • Please inspect your goods immediately upon delivery. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please return it to our delivery staff immediately. 
  • For post-delivery returns, please ensure that all products, components, accessories, and packaging are intact in the original carton box.
  • No cash refunds after payment. A credit note voucher will be issued instead. 
  • Installed or tampered items cannot be refunded.
